hello guys, i was wondering to get a laptop for studying/revising at home, I want to mention we are not required to bring laptop or even have computer facilities at school, so technically we are not allowed to bring or use one at school so basically i want only for home, moreover I can't buy desktop as it will occupy too much space in my room. My budget is 250-300£, my subjects are physics, maths and further maths, could you recommend buying one?? if i buy within this range, will i need to buy a different for university as I want a better one at that time that last me throughout the end of university?!

I think a laptop may help, especially for online resources, or though its certainly possible to do well without them especially as you are not doing essay based subjects. You could wait until further into the year to see if you need one or you may want to just save the money to buy a better one for uni!
