Does this even exist anymore? I've known about it for a couple of years and was disappointed when Durham dropped it. Now there's nothing at all about it on KPMG's site

It’s gone. It’s been replaced by the 360 programme for apprentices.

Is the 360 programme basically the same thing in terms of salary and progression or is it a completely different scheme?

As far as I can tell it’s quite a different programme, but it depends on what you’re wanting out of it.

The school leaver programme was 5 years long, only in audit I think, got you a free degree in 3 years and you got your ACA by the end of the 5th year.

The 360 programme rotates you through various service lines for 6 month chunks for the first 2 years. Then you decide which service line you fancy and you then start the traditional graduate pathway- 3 year training contract working your way through the exams towards ACA. No degree with this programme.
