    Will i cause myself kidney stones if i consume protein powder drink twice a day? Because i can't get my total daily protein intake on food alone. Thanks.

    Depends how many grams of protein are in the drink and how much you're getting from your diet. Try your best to get as much protein as you can from your diet, and then see how much is left over. As long as you have no existing kidney problems or anything I reckon you'll be fine for a while if you eat plenty of fibre. But I wouldn't stay on the stuff excessively long without a break either.
