    How can I lose weight. I tried to not eat as much but it's not working. please give me some tips guys

    exercise regularly, eat everything but in small portions and ngl when you're hungry, drink water, it actually helps tbh.

    Have you tried a low carb diet before? If not, from personal experience it helped me get to quite a low body fat %, but it's hard to start with and your energy levels will be pretty low for the adjustment period. You can read about carb cycling and low carb diets online and how to do them effectively and safely.

    If you have tried this before and it hasn't worked or you can't be bothered with counting carbs (it's just as annoying as calorie counting), then just eat exactly as you do now, minus some of the junk, and every time you have a meal reduce the portion size by 1/4 and exercise alongside this. Good luck with it

    Eat less. Ideally exercise as well but diet is the main thing. Create a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight.
