I am in year 11 and going to be starting my exams soon. I live in Southwark London and I have first hand experienced bad teaching and toxic pupil behaviour that prevents learning therefore I desperately want to pick a college that has a high standard of teaching that will give me all the chances a college can give for the best result. Any recommendations?

Choose the worst collage you can find, universities value your grades more.

Not really true, not all universities look at your grades contextually to your school. Cambridge is one, but they only look at how many people go to Oxbridge from your sixth form/college.
