I know this is incredibly specific, but do the first years and second years at PPE, Kings College mix? As in, do they have lectures/seminars together or is there some form of 'forced integration' where they meet each other?

I can’t speak for Kings specifically, but generally uni courses are taught in year groups and rarely mix. This is because most material is incremental between years, so you wouldn’t find a second year doing a first year module or visa versa. You do meet other years in corridors, coffee shops etc. Sometimes final year students may assist supervising first year lab work in sciences.
