I'm struggling to find a useful way for me to revise. When I am motivated (though hardly) it dies quickly, and when I do revision I don't learn enough. Ive tried flashcards, but it didn't work for me. I can make notes and all, but only a few bits stick.
Is there anyone you'd recommend that I'd try? I have my GCSEs this year and I really want to pass.

    Hey @tanyascrazymind

I totally get where you're coming from, I found it really hard to get into the swing of revising!

My tip would be to start with writing everything you need to know down for each subject and then from this try to slowly condense your notes. But instead of simply just copying what you have written down, cover the page that is full of notes and try and do it from memory.

At first, this will be tricky and may end up in a few scrunched up pieces of paper - but trust me! By the end of it you should be able to memorise you notes without even thinking about it.

Another tip is to revise in intervals, don't sit there for hours on end because you won't learn anything, you'll just get bored. Set yourself targets to revise a certain amount of hours a day and make sure to have a break in between.

Hope this helps! Good luck with your GCSE's - I'm sure you'll ace them :five:
