Hairstyle advice please - Want an attractive hairstyle but have a widow's peak watch

Okay so I have a hereditary widow's peak. I've been to a hair loss surgeon and they said I don't really have hairloss (I'm norwood 1). However, my hairline is still in a horrible M shape. It's not a normal straight hairline that receded so normal receding hairline rules don't apply. As a result it really messes with the hairstyles I can go for.

I grow out the outer top portions of my hair so I can make the hairline straight but then I can't do things like slicked back undercut. Check it out, the red outlines are where the bald bits are that I'm covering:

It DOESN'T look good if I cut those bits short and leave the bald bits uncovered.

I wish I could rock hot slicked back undercuts like everyone else, but I just want something in style at least. Any advice?

Think I said to you before when you put a pic up that we look like we could be brothers and I also have a widow's peak  I always go with an "undercut" hairstyle, as do a lot of men with a similar hairline to ours, and I always get compliments on my hair when it's freshly cut. Don't be afraid of hairstyles that show your hairline, a widow's peak isn't at all unattractive and some of the most universally attractive men have one and have no problem showing it.

I have a bit of that going on but my hair's down my back so it doesn't make much difference.
