I need to find some research that says humans don't always obey and don't always conform when in a group. However, I've looked in textbooks and online yet all I seem to get is research showing how the majority of people do conform.

Can someone please give me the name of a researcher who has shown cases where the majority of people don't conform? I don't want to be given direct studies as this has to be my own findings, but I'd like a little help to push me in the right direction.

Yeah that seems a bit more complex. I dunno where I'd start with that.
