I’m currently doing biology & chemistry a level and I’m struggling with the lab book ordering - due to not being able to tear pages or rewrite etc . I am extremely ocd and I’m getting really stressed not having my books perfectly neat as isn’t possible with the practical work - just wondering if anyone has an tips to help me get over this obsession with lab book neatness

Ask to get a second lab book.
Use your first one for rough notes
Use the second one for neater rewriting.
