    Hi all,

I recently achieved a BTEC Level 3 Ext Diploma in Engineering and achieved a D*D*D. I have been offered a job as a Railway Engineer for TFL (Transport for London) which would be awesome but I have thought about staying on for another 2 years to do a HNC/HND for 2 days a week at a local college. So my question is what do i honestly go for? A New job as a Railway Engineer earning really good money and experience or study for another 2 years for a higher qualification??

I also have another question if anyone can answer! If i do choose to stay onto study, I would look for a more practical job like a Vehicle Technician for Ford or BMW etc. But would my Level 3 qualifications in Engineering (Equivalently to a NVQ level 3) be just as good as Level 3 qualifications in Motor vehicles and get me a job??

Any help or suggestions would be amazing! Thanks.
