    Hey guys,

My life has been pretty hectic recently.
I've quit my job but am too scared to go and collect my wages because my boss is manipulative and intimidating. I'm preparing for my 2nd term in Y12 in which I have had so many breakdowns due to personal losses and depression that I decided to abandon my work, and let it all pile up. This, obviously, has only made things worse and that account is my own fault. I have had a week half term break, yet there has been absolutely no time for me to even sit down and do half a piece because of all these different appointments.
I'm just a little bit lost. I knew it was going to be difficult, but I never expected all of these factors to happen in which I just sort of shut down. I have so much A-level work to do, yet such unsupportive teachers, that I physically do not know where to begin.
I'm sorry for this rant, everything is jus a little up in the air I guess. I'll be doing work every study period and weekend I get, but is that enough? Can I pick myself back up again? I go to the gym twice a week, its the only stress reliever I have really, but I suppose that's me running away from my problems.
I try not to, I really do. I'm constantly thinking about what I need to do but I just cant. I just hope this term is better, the people to.
I just don't know how to approach my boss either. I've avoided him for about a month collecting my wages.

Is there anyone else you can speak to at work who you find less intimidating i.e HR or an assistant manager?

You could write to them with full details of where to send the money.

You could give someone like your mum with written authorization to pick up the money for you.

If youve already resigned, then just put it to one side and theres nothing to worry about they just owe you a bit of backwages. You need to focus on your studies.

If yu are year 13, then you can still pull it together, but you need to get cracking and work hard till Christmas. You have time.
