    Well the heart beats every time the ventricle empties, so just work out the difference between each of the ventricular emptying (this is ventricular systole). I can't see very well on your image but I worked it out to be about 0.7 seconds between each beat. Which means that the heart is beating 60/0.7 = 85 bpm
