    I’ve just turnt 16 and I want to drop out of school and go college am I able to do this with parents permission

    legally you can't leave school until the last Friday in June in which you are 16 on which will be Friday 29 June 2018. you are still in compulsory education and cannot leave school until then.

    Were you 15 or 16 on the 30th of June this year? If you were 16 then you can leave school anytime if you wish as you have now passed compulsory school age but if you mean you have literally just turned 16 and you were still 15 on the 30 June this year then I'm afraid you will have to wait until the 29 June in 2018 before you can legally drop out of school.
