So I had an exam a week ago for practice OSCE's and I feel I may have failed.
I forgot to wash my hands prior to putting my gloves on but remembered to do this after removing them.
I didn't clean the vial/ampule before opening it.
And I walked to the sharps bin with the sharp in my hand (closed) but was told that I shouldn't have walked to the bin like this.
I also swabbed the skin prior to injecting but was told this was bad practice.

I think I failed and feel like an absolute disappointment...what do you guys think? are these unforgiving mistakes?
