Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with epilepsy (less than 1 month ago) and was wondering whether it's worth getting a new DSA assessment (I already had one for dyslexia)? Does anyone know if it would be of any help? I have a meeting with a disability advisor at my uni but not until the end of November so I'm just trying to get my head around what I can do to help myself now because the last thing I want is to have to leave uni. Thanks 😊

I definitely think they have but I'm just not sure what the DSA would be able to offer. My issues are mainly to do with tiredness following seizure, missing stuff due to appointments or missing bits of lectures due to absences but I already have recorded software so I don't know if the DSA would be able to offer anything else?
