What exactly do you want to know? I can give you training advice, which may help, and some mental.and strategic advice aswell. Armwrestling is mainly about joint and tendon strenght, so sometimes big gym guys loose against skinny in Armwrestling particular because of that. It is concentrated on training joints, which is much more complex. Aswell.it require special suppliment for joints to recover

Size does jot mean anything. My bicep size is about 42 cm, and I managed to win against guys who had 47 cm, which is much bigger .To develop results you need time and practice, but it is worth it, as you never get weaker, joints and tendons does not burn off as muscle do.
