As soon as possible to be honest. theres a short time gap and a LOT of content to cover so initially, the sooner the better.

I started like 2 weeks before the actual exam. For me It made no difference when I started because I was getting 4’s in mocks so I was attempting to get a 5 but got an 8.

If your attempting 9’s then start soon but if you’re like me and don’t care then yeah it won’t matter.

hey, my exams still operate under the old grading system. i am going to be aiming for an a* in my language, but an a in literature so that i don’t put too much pressure on myself (even though i already have an a* in the coursework).

i think that i will probably start literature revision two months before the exam and just see what happens really x thank-you

I suggest you read the books before hand though about twice just so you have a general idea what it is about.

Well. I was a someone who got a grade 3 in my December Mock Tests - my Exams were in May. By the time i got my grade 3 result it was around about February...March April was when it hit me that these are ACTUAL GCSEs. April May - 1 and a half months later i actually some how managed to get two grade 8s

    You can do it!

Yes, but use that to your advantage. Sometimes the mind takes its time to process information that may be a bit more fresh.

    Now

Make flashcards with quotes (assuming it's a closed book exam)
Practice writing essays in the time limit

    Are you doing IGCSE?
