    Hi there,

After 7+ weeks of waiting for assessment of my payslip, I recieved an information that it's not enough and they'd need another evidence, and then I'd wait another 7 weeks or so... Is there any way I could send it as a supplement to existing evidence, because in this speed I won't get any loan till 2018??

Plus I would like to confirm everything now, because people on the phone keep giving me contradictory information and I don't want to remain in stress during these 7-8 weeks: being continuing migrant worker I switched my job in September [theres maybe 6 days gap between p45 and when I signed my new contract]. What I've been asked to send now is:

    -P45 from my previous employer
-Payslips for last 3 months [so last August payslip from my former employer and both September and October payslips from the current one]
-New Employment Contract [it states that the average hours will be 25, but it can change due to nature of business, with previous notice. That's the best I could get considering it's kind of "zero hours contracts" industry].

Thank you for taking time to deal with my issue

    Hi marcinmsz,

We do no have any fast track process for migrant worker evidence and is processed in date order when we receive this, the processing timescale at the moment is 33 working days.

We will require a copy of the P45 from the previous employer or a letter from previous employer confirming the employment end date. If you are unable to provide this we can accept a statement of earnings from HMRC. From the new employer, we will need a copy of their contract of employment and a letter from your employer confirming that the contract accurately represents the hours and terms on which they work with any available payslips from the new employer.

    Thanks

    Katie

Can "a letter from your employer confirming that the contract accurately represents the hours" be replaced by just a contract signed by employer, that describes number of average hours etc?

I work in the restaurant where hours are not fixed, I won't be able to get such letter.

    Hi

We will accept a copy of your new contract of employment showing the reduced/zero hours and payslips to show your current income level.

    Thanks
