Do you ever wonder if the way you recover from a heavy study session
    impacts your well-being and sleep-quality?
    Hi all,

I was wondering if I could ask for a little help. Myself and four others are
conducting research at the University of Manchester, examining the relationship
between student recovery methods, well-being and sleep quality. As part of this
research we are asking people to conduct this short survey. You don't even
neccessarily have to be a student to partake, just someone with an interest or a
    general all-round good egg.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
