    Suggest you work out which subject you are actually interested in instead of worrying about employability - a tenuous concept that wont help you enjoy your degree.

    UCL has more of an international "brand name", so knowing that the answer should be obvious.

    Whether you want to study in SSEES is another matter entirely. Also that SSEES course is completely different to a Geography degree, so I'd suggest you reflect on what you actually want to study, and then pursue that degree - at UCL or elsewhere.
