Biochemistry:how much math in the course?
i 'd be interested to know if I need to hv the knowledge of alevels math in order to catch up...coz I only have math and additional math at GCSE level and i think i m quite weak in it actually.So i wonder if i need to revise some extra stuff before I start my biochm course at IC this oct...on the other hand, have you received the reading lists of the course yet??
You don't need A-level maths for Biochem, but like most sciences it is a big advantage. The calculations you come across in Biochem are fairly facile and usually just involve lots of number crunching.
