The nerves kicked in last night and I only got around 5 hours sleep last night. I'm dead worried I won't get any tonight and I just wanted some tips / advice from TSR for what worked for them to get that important night sleep the day before an exam?

Could the pills make you sleepy and dysfunctional the day of the exam though?

Tbh I've never been one to stay up worrying about anything. Once I'm tired, I'm tired and I'll sleep.

However, you could try turning off all screens an hour before bed, no caffeine, reading a novel, getting relaxed, taking a bath, lavender oil on your pillowcase helps some people.

Probably all I can do. I don't drink caffeine anyway but after 10pm the absolutely no screen time.

10pm is because I want to watch the Apprentice
