Come December we'll be running the voting for Film of the Year, but first of all, it's nomination time!

Throughout November this thread will be open for you to put forward your favourite album for the shortlist. Just post in here naming the film and giving a short explanation (1 paragraph) as to why it should be Film of the year.

I havent seen Get Out or Dunkirk yet, but of the films I have seen then Baby Driver was refreshing and enjoyable.

Good soundtrack, good direction with plot twists, just all made a nice change and was reasonably original fun. made a change from all the superhero schlock.

    Blade Runner 2049.
Absoloutly awesome. One of the best sci-fi films made to date. There is really good transitions between scenes, eg, crackles from a fire turn into windows with lights on in the city, and the crackle sound turns into the noise of a thunder storm
How are you feeling in the run-up to Results Day 2018?
