I am currently in Year 13 at sixth form studying politics, English and media. In my AS for politics (the subject I wanted to do at uni!!) I got an E because my teacher is completely useless! All she made us do was copy a textbook for the whole year and most of the time didn't even turn up to our lessons! I'm not a lazy student, i got an A in my Media AS and am predicted a B in English, but I feel like I am going to fail the A2 for politics as well as the AS resit because i have the same teacher and she is 'teaching' us the same way this year as well! I have felt very disheartened because i know i'm not going to receive the grade i need for uni so I am currently wondering if there are any other options i could take? Is it possible for me to drop out of sixth form, but still enrol onto a University course with a foundation year? Some have very low entry requirements that I almost have already! I am starting to give up with sixth form because I know I will get an E or a U in my politics exam so I feel like i'm just wasting my time and getting unnecessarily stressed out over sixth form and A level work when it's not going to get me anywhere at the end of this school year I really want to drop out so please if anybody knows of any options for me please tell me don't just try to persuade me to stay at sixth form
    Thank You guys

tl:dr - I have a rubbish teacher and am going to fail one of my A levels, can i drop out of sixth form and get onto a foundation course at uni or something like that?

Could you not transfer to a different 6th form?
Or maybe resit the exam if you fail it next year
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
