Need help with Uni choice !!

I'm applying for university currently, and I have little knowledge of each uni despite looking at their websites since I'm an international student. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how it's like to do combined honors and if they are good or not. I want to do business and film studies/media communications. I want to do film and media but am too scared of the employability so I think combines honors would be a great choice. I really just want to know more about newcastle uni from students that actually goes there! Would you recommend this uni?
Also, I'm thinking about applying for Lancaster for advertising and marketing and Sussex for media production. If anyone could give me any advice I'd really appreciate that!
