    just did my first yoga session at home and i noticed that my joints and muscles hurt a lot when doing the twists and etc. Is this normal?

    it shouldn't be painful, if you're stretching 'enough' then it should feel a little uncomfortable as you should push yourself and it should still be tiring to hold the poses with good positioning

    but it shouldn't actually hurt
