They're called anti-depressants. Sertraline is pretty banging.
Not everyone has access to anti depressants though

This is how I feel sadly 😂
I'm sorry you (both) feel that way. I am about to say the cliched phrase but I hope things will get better for you. You'll be able to find people to talk to that will make you feel comfortable and at ease. Hopefully that will make you feel less like you do now. One day you'll look back and think the worst is over and it's all ok

ye if you live in UK you need to get prescribed them from a GP. And get checked up every couple weeks

Not noticed any bad side effects. Myself and my friends that take sertraline love it lol.
Haha I am biased because I see all the bad stuff related to drug side effects - obviously in the majority of cases they do work that's why they are prescribed!

It's pretty rubbish stuff to be honest. It made me dissociate.

Did you take it for more than 6 weeks though? That's how long it takes for any side effects to wear off and you just get the benefits.

I hope so because I’ll be honest I’m I’m finding it really hard to deal with everything at the moment. I just hope it will get better. Thank you

It was about a year I think. It was a long time ago. I found fluoxetine worked better for me - but it's possible that by then I was already recovering from the problems I had at that time and I just thought it was the medicine.

Her name’s meg and she is brown and white.
Yeah I agree and most of them just put other people down just to make themselves feel better. I love nature, it’s so peaceful and it’s sad that it’s being taken by building, can’t be helped though I suppose. Your English seems really good, probably better than mine 😂 have you always spoke English or did you learn it as you got older?
That's so sweet ^^ if I had a horse I would name it Tornado because it's Zorro's horse's name and I just loved watching this series when I was little even though this thing is like so old xD
(this was before the green screen so like all the landscapes behind the characters are huge paintings aha)
Thank you so much that's very nice No I had to learn English myself, and I'm trying to get my parents to learn it too ^^ I think it'a truly the coolest language on Earth, like there are so many different kinds of accents and it's very "rythmic" if that makes sense, I like it, it's like music compared to French which is very flat! Do you have any animals at home besides Meg?

Ive never watched sorrow but my French teacher mentioned it a few times when I had French in year 7,8 and 9. Your English is really good especially considering your parents don’t speak it. How old were you when you started learning it? There really are lots of accents and when some people talk to me (in English) if they are from some parts of the uk it sound like they are taking a different language 😂
Yes I have 2 dogs and a cat. Do you have any pets?

Thank you I started to learn English when I was 12 (I had to mentally heal from having been brainwashed with the alphabet song during my primary school years... speaking of it do you get why schools make you learn the alphabet first when they want to teach a language? Like you're gonna spell random stuff to someone when you don't even know how to say hi yet... ^^" No wonder why people then have an awkward time socialising xD
I'd really like to be able to know where people come from based on their accent lol but I feel like only native speakers have that super power ^^ I can only tell apart countries in terms of people's pronounciation patterns ^^ I feel mesmerized when I watch series and the guy is like "based on how you sound you're 100% coming from the north-east of Bristol" lol
Do your dogs get along well with your cat? I don't have any pets but during summer I sheltered a wounded bird I'd found outside. He was really cute and we freed him after he had recovered weeks later. He came back two months later to our window just to say hi Animals are so intelligent!! Hedgehogs also regularly go into my garden and I feel very glad everytime they do, they're so cute!! and the way they sleep their way through winter only waking up every few days to take food reminds me of myself. By the way I read an interesting article once about how pretty much all mammals but we hibernate, and the writers were basically saying that feeling down and lazy during the winter is just the consequence of our bodies being biologically wired to slow down during that time of the year aha
How has school been lately? Hope everything is going well xx

Bloody hell thats really good, how old are you now? I’ve never really thought of why they teach the alphabet first, I have no idea and it does seem a bit silly 😂 im not very good at knowing where people are apart from Wales, Scotland, England or Ireland or if I’ve met someone from a specific place 😂 some people are rediculously good at knowing where people are from though, I think they watch too much tv or something 😂
My older dog is ok with the cat but the puppy is a bit boisterous and rough with the cat 😂 I’m sure she will soon learn though if the cat keeps scramming her 😂
That’s really nice that you helped it and well done for looking after it. A few times now I’ve found an injured bird but I’ve had take it to the local bird rescue. We always have hedgehogs in the summer and I agree they are so cute. There was one stuck down the drain before so we got it out and took it to the vet/RSPCA . They kept it for a night and then we picked it up to release it . That’s definitely how I feel though the winter 😂 it would be nice to stay in bed and only wake up to eat 😂
It’s half term for me at the moment so I’ve had a nice week off and helped my sister paint her house 😩 (didn’t want to haha) but mostly stayed in bed 😂. I have homework that I will rush tonight now haha.I have school tomorrow though and not looking forward to it. Is it university you said that you go to? How’s it going for you? X
