    I will cautiously congratulate the Speaker on his less than resounding win.

    I voted against him, however democracy is democracy and should, when all is said and done, the result not change, I wish him the best of luck.

    I urge the speaker now to look at what has happened, work out why he only just won this vote, and why less people voted for him than not.

    I do not see the merits of this argument. I, and anyone else for that matter, could have just as much knowledge by simply opening new tabs with those pages and subsequently applying. We're all masters of the GD and constitution.
    And yet successive speakers and the majority of the house seem incapable of doing so.
