the course I want to do is accounting and finance.
there have been things I've done relating to marketing through, which is actually pretty good so I want to put it in.
however, when looking at univeristy modules, some of them do have a marketing module and others don't.
so, do I put it in? or leave it out.
I think about 3/5 uni choices have the marketing module.

If it's relevant which it sounds like it is then yes. I wouldn't go into too much detail though. Focus on what you learnt and how it helped to prepare you for this course.

Go for it! Tutors would love that hint of versatility in your personal statement!

Include it but don't dwell on it too much.
