sooo alot has changed in my life, I got a part time job and go college, the only day I have off is Friday, I dont have time to work out anymore, I also dont want to lose the hard work I have put into working out and lose my physique, I do 25 push ups in the morning and 25 at night I am just wondering what I will need to do to maintain shape or even gain muscle, any suggestions????
