So I was out with my friends the other day and during the midst of our conversation one if my friends was asked about her grades in O Level and A Level. As far as I can remember she mentioned that for O Level she received 2 A*, 2 A and 2 Bs and for A Level she received 1 B and 2 C. The reason for the downfall was because she was not going to school in A Levels; she had to learn everything on her own. I think that's an amazing feat!

Anyways the friend who asked the question deflated her by saying that she cannot get into a good college in America with a scholarship with grades like that. It took me about 2 hours to console the girl. She was so disheartened. Is it true that with grades like that she can't make it to a good and respected school in America?
