About a month ago, I ordered clothes on the H&M website for the first time. Because some items didn't fit, I sent them back via mail. A couple days later, I received an email saying they had received my items and would give me my money back within 14 days. This email arrived twenty days ago, and I still have nothing.
Should I contact H&M about it? Or is it normal they're late?

Contact them and if they deny it then show them the letter, they have to take action then. It's not common for well known brands to lower their standards and give low customer service.

It normally takes 3-5 working days for a refund to arrive in your bank once processed on their end, so unless you paid by a different payment method than you thought and didn't notice it come back (e.g. via PayPal - which incidentally normally comes back in a couple hours, or a day at most) you should probably get in touch.
