I got an E in AS Chem so dropped it after AS. Predicted AAA in Biology, Psychology (which counts as a second Science for Leeds Manchester Newcastle Nottingham) and Politics. Will this put me at a disadvantage as I have applied for biomedical science ?

On my Biomed course in the chemistry module they went right back to basics because a number of people on the course had no previous knowledge of chemistry. If the universities don’t specify that you need to have A level chemistry at x grade, then no, you shouldn’t be at an advantage.
I would, however, recommend that you take some time out of your summer holidays to brush up on your chemistry to make your own life easier once you start your degree.
I graduated with a first class honours last year and I’m now doing an MSc in Cancer Biology.

I imagine they will (even when they say they take psychology in place of a second hard science I doubt they mean in place of it because you performed poorly in it) but to know for sure email each department and ask

Another note is that you need to find out why you performed badly in chemistry as there is chemistry in a biomed degree and being bad at chemistry will only hold you back

You'll have key chemistry modules (biochemistry) in Biomedical Science degree's. I got an E at AS too, resat it alongside A2 and got an A. I'm now a Biomedical Scientist working in Biochemistry. Sometimes things just don't fall right in life.
