I am pessimistic after every exam and always expect that I havent done as well, even though I end up doing well (this happend in my AS exams).

Also when talking to someone usually about a difficult topic and answering questions quickly without thought in a convo.

How can i fix a lack of confidence?

Your fix is easy. You are irrational. Because more often than not, your results are better than your confidence.

Therefore you are allowed to be more confident. And you should be.

(if you always did as bad or worse as you thought, then your confidence wouldn't need fixing, and shouldn't need fixing)
