How to study and not be sleep deprived watch

    • Thread Starter

Since the start of September my sleeping schedule is horrible . I normally sleep for 4-6 hours a day. I don’t feel tired or anything but during nighttime my concentration decreases a lot plus I always wake up grumpy or late to school.
I study from 6 to 12pm having 15 minute breaks every hour done. I don’t study this long because I like it but it is because I’m very slow - example I take like 1 hour to go through 2 pages of around 10 maths questions

Any help ? Waking out in the morning is no help since I have to go to school very very early

You just go to sleep no later than 11pm and wake up around 6-7am or whenever you have to for school. No screens or caffeine at least an hour before bed. Try reading a book before bed to relax you.
