So I've been putting in effort so far and I've been doing extra work outside class. So far, I'd say I've safely covered:

    The Basic Economic Problem
    Specialisation and Division Of Labour
    Positive and Normative Economics
    PPFs
    Demand
    Supply
    PED
    PES
    YED

Yet when I go to exam papers, I'm completely overwhelmed. I am so unsure how to translate knowledge in notes to a question. I also have an issue identifying the topic when I see the question, meaning that I have no idea on how to find the graphs either.

Please help, this is stressing me out and I'd like to get this sorted as soon as possible.

It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Economics is diffent from many subjects as the question usually require the application of a wide range of content. Just carry on as your going and I'm sure things will fall into place
