I live in England so I can't go visit the campus, but is the campus and city nice? I'd really prefer somewhere which takes pride in its looks with nice architecture etc... also, what is the student life like?
Has anyone studied law at Glasgow? Any good? Thanks )

There’s roads and trains between England and Scotland?

It might be a long way but you can always stay over. Lots of universities will arrange for you to stay in halls.

We visited it from France last April. The campus is very nice with some very old buildings. The library was huge and open almost all night. The students we met all loved it there. The lecturers seemed very dynamic in computer science. My son just got a conditional offer but it is very high! He needs an average of 17/20 and he does a difficult French OIB.

The campus is beautiful! If you google pictures of the main building you will see what I mean And the west end is a really nice part of Glasgow. The university is right next to Kelvingrove Park so there's lots of green space, and the Botanic Gardens are a short walk up Byres Road. There are also places like Ashton Lane, a really pretty lane with lots of bars and restaurants.

I work in a student accommodation in the west end, and a few of our students are studying law. As far as I know they're all enjoying it!
