Calculate the values for steady state error from closed loop signal flow diagrams watch

Anyone able to give me some help with this?

As im not sure how to link a picture ill try and describe it.

It starts off with R(s) above the line then r(t) under that.
That line goes into a circle.
From the circle there is another line with E(s) on top and e(t) underneath.
That line leads to a box with K=4 written inside.
A line from this box leads to the end with C(s) on top and c(t) underneath.
However that line also diverges downwards and then left to another box.
In the box it has 2/s+4.
A line from that box leads back to the circle.

I hope that explains it well enough
