You can usually email them and ask. There's no guarantee that they'll be helpful, though.

Depends on the university. Some provide quite comprehensive feedback whereas others will not.

I think it depends. Some universities tend to explain their reasons, probably to help you reflect on what was wrong with your application i.e. below required grades, insufficient relevant exprience or even different subjects to the required requirements.

However, some universities do not care and just send you the standard rejection email or letter.
