Looking for a tenant to takeover my contract (Scape Greenwich, London) - 195 p/w

I'm looking for somebody to take over my Studio Room at Scape Greenwich in London, it is 195 p/w with utilities paid in the rent fee, it is available ASAP.

Scape Greenwich has links to the local areas and is walking distance to the o2 arena, as well as North Greenwich tube station, and local universities.

Hi Ash, It's a little far for me re my university but I was wondering why you want to give up this room? Is there something about the area /accommodation ? Thanks, Sal

The accommodation is good and the area is beautiful for London! However, the university I am attending is not what I had hoped for. Therefore I am looking at getting a transfer to a university in Manchester, therefore my contract is no longer needed and I am kind of tied here until I find a replacement tenant.
