Hi! Um, if this doesn't bother you - how do you deal with exam stress? I'm confused and can't bring myself to study because I spend too much time stressing about things that haven't even happened yet. Hence, not even studying in the end :| Which leads to shite grades and then I'm sad again. Other than that, I spend too much time procrastinating simply because I don't want to deal with aforementioned stress. And it looks like it has more detrimental effects rather than any benefits at all.
Any tips/advice on how to break this vicious cycle of procrastination? Thanks in advance!
