    I like to split up the task i have to do and spread it out across the time (like a timetable) i have so I know if i stick to my plan I will get it done on time!

    I start work as soon as I can and never leave anything to the last minute, unless circumstances cause that to happen. I do not work well under pressure so I keep the pressure off me and I prioritise.

    i generally work from several xls sheets with grading criteria outlined and work prioritised, but this year seems to be so multi layered with content that no matter how many 17 hour days a pulled through the week the goals simply arent being met.
