If Purchaser has bought a registered piece of land with Free hold Absolute..
And B claims A was holding property on trust for her and has not received any proceeds from the sale
However she is not in actual occupation and there is no restriction or notice on register
There is not trustees
Will the Purchaser be bound by this interest?

Not if B's interest is not an overriding interest, but that has nothing to do with overreaching it's simply an application of the priority rules that apply to registered land.
