i'm 16 and go to school everyday of the week and work from 9-1 on saturday at a pharmacy.
After school i've started doing about 20-25 minutes of yoga and then a bit of crunches.
i've already reduced the amount of food i eat and stopped eating crisps and etc. I walk to school everyday for about 30 minutes.
I study a lot of am on the computer doing work. I eat full meals for dinner but sometimes for lunch if i come home early. Or else it's just a sandwich or a cup of coffee.
If i continue doing this, will i see weight loss and when can i expect to see some differences?
