Gum disease can be an effect of celiac disease, but there are other causes as well, such as poor dental hygiene, stress and other health conditions. How do you feel after you eat foods that contain celiac? It might be worth keeping a food diary and trying to avoid certain foods and see if there is a difference. If you do find that you do have issues, you can ask your doctor to be tested for it.
