Maybe try auditory/ kinesthetic methods? Watch YouTube videos, record yourself reading out your notes and listen to them back, read out your notes to yourself, teach someone else the topic, listen to podcasts/ audiobooks, maybe ask your teacher if you can record the lesson (or just record it and put your phone in your pocket). For kinesthetic, maybe do the things you're learning about, make flashcards, do a lot of drawings related to the topic while you're revising and mnemonics all might work, as well as general tips such as keeping your fingers busy while working, studying while doing an activity (listening to chemistry notes while in the gym, for example) and taking regular breaks.
