Hey guys does anyone know the possible reasons why optometry isn't offered in Oxbridge because I really want to go to Oxbridge as it's one of the highest ranking universities in the world.

Why don’t you ask them?
They don’t offer it because they don’t offer t. That’s how it is.

It's quite a specialist degree I imagine. Why do you want to do optometry?

Oxbridge generally sticks to very traditional courses, with new ones only coming in when appropriate e.g. computer science. Mainly because of quality > quantity. The world only needs so many optometrists, and unis across the UK provide a good amount already at a high standard. Going to Oxbridge just because its Oxbridge is quite immature, you should pick a uni based on the course you enjoy.
