I made a 3 account 2 years ago to get a phone on contract, and I entered the wrong date of birth by accident. I’m not sure how to change it, or even to find out what DoB I entered! Someone help?

Hi do you still have the paperwork from when you opened the contract. It usually contains your information.
Have you tried contacting 3? It is possible they can help you, but you need to make sure you know your other details e.g. Security question if you set one, billing address, bank account details, etc.
