I keep getting lower right abdominal pain dull dunno if it is the liver or appendicitis. I only drink a can of lager a day is this enough to cause liver disease or w/e? I just had another bottle of beer and it got worse but dunno if that is a coincidence as it usually gets worse in the evening.

It could literally be anything. How long has the pain being going on for - hours, days? Also, might not seem relevant but what is your gender? As a girl, I had dull pain once a month, and discovered the pain which occurred on either side was attributable to ovulation (with a regular menstrual cycle, it would be two weeks after/before period).

If you're that concerned why don't you go to the doctors? :-)

Worth popping in to see a pharmacist or making an appt to see your GP (tell the receptionist what it is and see if it counts as urgent enough for an earlier appt since wait times can be quite long).
There's a lot of possibilities including a uti or similar type of infection or a pulled muscle like issue. Have you noticed anything else like injuring that area, needing to pee more, not having a bowel movement for a while or a change in consistency? Have a think about that cos it could help you doc get on the right tract without having to do a bunch of annoying tests.
Until you see somebody I would avoid drinking just cos it could interfere with whatever is going on and make it a bit worse. Make sure you're drinking (as in non-alcoholic stuff) enough too.

    Good luck
